An economics and business graduate, I began my career in marketing in the energy sector, as it became highly competitive. From gas to grapes, I joined Direct Wines – the world’s largest mail order wine company. I relished improving the whole customer experience, as well as the way we communicated internally. I was part of the company's first foray into outbound.
I then became a marketing analyst and built up my international experience, before moving to Time- Life as European Telemarketing Director. There I was responsible for all inbound, outbound and customer service contacts across Europe.
I briefly became Global Telemarketing Director at IMP, before co-founding ReynoldsBusbyLee in 2005 and I’ve never looked back.
During my time at RBL, I have been a very active member of the DMA's contact centre council. I have helped set industry guidelines for handling calls with vulnerable adults. I am now a DMA adviser, a TPS board member, and a member of the Institute of Fundraising and the FRSB’s Advisory Forum. Not to mention my role as a mentor to marketing and business students at my old university.
And of course, I love my day job. I enjoy the variety of client work at RBL; whether it’s helping organisations launch new marketing channels or developing their customer engagement plans. There’s never a dull moment and I look forward to every new challenge.
