RBL sourced a new contact centre, briefed, trained and managed it for a complex, multi-media campaign coordinating phone response from direct mail, DRTV, door-drop, press and inserts for the Salvation Army’s new Christmas fundraising appeal. RBL then set up new outbound telephone fundraising activity – introducing reactivation and upgrade campaigns over the phone. All activity has now been rolled out successfully.
