A Non-Surgical Programme for Knee & Back Pain
RBL managed all aspects of DRTV call handling for a new-to-air product. This included identifying and appointing an inbound contact centre, agent briefing, scripting, training, ongoing management, reporting and wrap up. RBL also delivered customer experience training for the AposTherapy in house call centre team, to improve customer engagement and conversion.
