RBL helped WWF relocate response handling for recruitment campaigns across DRTV and print to a new contact centre. This involved briefing, setup and implementation plus call centre training.

RBL has also recently completed a media agency tender process for WWF, covering donor acquisition via DRTV, press insert and off-the-page channels.
